The Southern Clinton County Lutheran Parish continues to worship in-person and online. People with higher risk to illness are encouraged to continue joining us from home. The Parish Facebook page broadcasts one service each Sunday.

Announcements

Nittany Valley Fellowship will meet on Monday, February 3rd at 7:00 pm at Lamar UMC. Please note the corrected date.

Parish Council will meet on Wednesday, February 5th at 6:00 pm at St. Paul’s, Mill Hall. All newly elected representatives should attend this meeting..

Salona Council will meet on Sunday, February 9th following the worship service. Please note the corrected date.

Super Bowl: The Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs are in the Super Bowl on February 9th. We are collecting non-perishable food as we celebrate Souper Bowl Sunday. Donations can be put in either the Eagles container or the Chiefs container. Root for your favorite team and help others while doing it. All food donations will be given to the food pantry. Join in the fun!

Bible Study: we’ve begun a study of The Tabernacle. During this 6-week course we will discover how the priests’ activities in the tabernacle foreshadowed the coming Messiah; Understand the New Testament better when you learn what sacrifice, holiness and worship meant to the Old Testament; Recognize that the heart of the tabernacle is God’s love. This is a multi-experiential course with a DVD, readings, discussion and so much more each week. Bible Study is at United each Thursday at 6:30 pm in the Upper Sunday School Room. All are welcome.
